Wir hatten noch nie Saibling gegessen, erstrecht nicht als Steckerlfisch. Es hat uns besser geschmeckt als jede Makrele. Alle waren super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und trauen uns wieder was neues!

Es war nur ein kurzer Besuch... ich wollte mir mal das Bistro anschauen... das gabs vor 3jahren noch nicht.... es gibt sehr leckeres alles von Forelle... man kann dort Speisen... aber auch mitnehmen... es ist viel eingeschweist... und toller Service... man macht vieles möglich....

Vorweg, ich esse nur Fisch wenn ich ihn nicht mehr als solchen erkenne - dennoch aß ich Saiblingsfilet vom Grill mit Bratkartoffeln einem Salatmix, Remoulade und einem hervorragendem Roséwein. Ich war begeistert :) Mein Mann und mein Sohn aßen Steckerlfisch ( Forelle) mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat. Wir sind alles de3 Meinung, es war klasse. Kommen sicher wieder

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und Beratung. Die Fischplatte war superschön angerichtet und geschmacklich hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen Euch gerne weiter.

war schon der erste Besuch am Aschermittwoch (Seeforellenfilet) ein Volltreffer, so stand die Fischplatte am 04.04. dem in nichts nach! Sowohl die verschiedenen Fischsorten als auch die 4 Salate waren der Hammer! Schon lang nimmer so gut gegessen! Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent, Ambiente sehr gemütlich, lädt zum Verweilen ein.. Ist zwar etwas `vom Schuss´, ist aber auf jeden Fall einen Abstecher wert - (noch) ein echter kulinarischer Geheimtipp! Wenn wir uns mal wieder was besonderes gönnen wollen, ist der Juraquell ab sofort unsere erste Adresse - kommen immer wieder gern!
